Asian Fashion Dresses

We all know that Asian women are usually born with thin frame especially “Pinays”.

Most of the time, we get frustrated when buying western branded clothes for the reason that the cuts and styles are not meant for Asian Women. Even if we try extra small sometimes, we ended up so upset because the size still didn't fit.

I have my own frustrations too, especially when buying clothes from MANGO, TOPSHOP, MEMO, MARKS and SPENCERS and the like. Lucky if the XS fits on my frame, but if not I usually buy from our fabulous local brands which cater sizes for Asian women.

Lately, Asian fashion dresses became famous to all thin frame and born petite fashionistas. Most trendsetters are from Asian countries such as Korea, China, Japan and other.

Filipina loved for Asian dresses didn’t stop by just watching Korean, Japanese and Taiwanese TV series. Inspired entrepreneurs are now making fashionable outfit for Filipina. Most MULTIPLY SELLERS cater pre – ordered Asian dresses at a very affordable price. Pretty – sure that the cuts and styles are now meant for thin frame Pinays.

So, there’s no reason for us to get frustrated at all.

KIKAY KIT AMBUSH 102 - Lip balm madness by Liz**

ahaHi Shina!

I visited your blog just this morning (where I usually browse my personal emails, friendster accounts yadda yadda every morning before getting to work =) !) and have read the article on lip balms. Might as well share my fave lip care also =).

In my entire teenage years, the time my “kikayness” began to blossom, I never tried using lip balms – for all I care about it. The fact that the difference of glosses and balm is still killing me =p. Besides, I’ve been influenced to use heavy lipsticks during high school days so I wasn’t really that exposed on applying lip balms.

Not until I got here in Doha- the terrible scorching hot climate here can really burn lips! And it’s not sassy to show foreign officemate fellows that the lips I have here is quite chappy and dry. That can’t be, not to my Christian Dickmanns =). Any way, I was urged to look for balms in a beauty store. It’s like Watsons in the Philippines, only much better.

In all range of balms and glosses in stacks, there were Lancome, Nivea.. There was one that caught my attention. Since I have fancy to glimmers that glamours, I took the Labello lip balm instead. Clueless on the brand, I took the risk to hand it on counters. No harm if will try. Plus, I also partnered it with lip gloss for a shine. Very familiar with these **f cuk** brand, have seen and read it in magazine in the Phils. And it did not disappoint me because those two really matches as if they were meant to be (cheesy). Really. And what surprises me, the lip gloss is menthol haha. Exciting because the climate is hot here, it contrasts to my chilling lips. These two really lasts the whole day, but except when you had you’re lunch though. It’s really good that I’m so into it, that Im leaving my lipsticks behind =). And oh by the way, did I mention it’s not that pricey? Will cost you hundred each =) (But I’m not sure if these are available in my hometown though) =p

Blair Headband | Inspired by Blair Waldorf Headband Collection from Gossip Girl

I’m not fan of Gossip Girl but I really love Blair headband collections, so cute.I wish I have the guts to wear the same headband too.

I saw some celebrity who wear headband with huge ribbon, trying to emulate Blair Waldorf (Leighton Meester) of Gossip Girl. I saw Angelica Panganiban, Bianca Gonzales and Mariel Rodriguez with cute “blairband”, I like how the sweet-looking headband contrast the bitchy role of Angelica Panganiban, same to Bianca Gonzales with her sophisticated look, whereas I don’t like to see Mariel Rodriguez wearing that blairband, maybe because her face is petite or maybe her image is so pa sweet and when she’s wearing headband together with her cute outfit she look like present (mejo sa sobrang pa sweet, nakakaumay, there’s no contrast)

Entrepreneurs trying to penetrate Gossip Girl fanatics and Blair Waldorf wannabes, they are now selling “blairband”. Most of them can be found @ multiply.com.

Aveeno Lip Conditioner

I read lot of good comments about Aveeno Products, I’m wondering if it’s all true. Until Riz sent me some pics and noticed she’s using Aveeno Lip Conditioner, hmmm… knowing Riz she has a great passion for lip balms, lip glosses and lipsticks. Yet, she’s too picky because of sensitivity issue of her lips.

Aveeno Lip Conditioner that she’s using provides long-lasting moisturization that help to protect lips from being chapped and dry. It also contains UVA/UVB sunscreens that protect lips from harmful sun damage. It also contains jojoba oil, shea butter and natural oatmeal. Aveeno is good for everyday use.

Fashion Accessories

I love accessories that matches my clothing. From necklaces, earrings, bracelets down to the very last burloloy. I called it fashion accessories since they are not expensive, I just want to have something to wear that matches my outfit.

I don't know if it's right or wrong but i stored my accessories in a zip locked plastic. Free from dust, moist and sunlight.
