Medical practitioner said that breast cancer is an uncontrolled growth of breast cells. It is a malignant tumor that has developed. They said that breast cancer is mostly genetics.
It is important for women to keep abreast with all the changes in their body. Monthly self-breast examination is a must to detect lumps and tumors and at the age of 40 and above regular mammogram is recommended.
Lumps or tumors are categorized into two, the benign and the malignant tumor. Benign considered not dangerous to health while malignant tumor has the potential to be dangerous.

29 and Fighting…
I have a friend who is now suffering from breast cancer stage 3. She is only 29 years old, living in a healthy life. She don’t smoke neither drink alcohol beverages. She does a lot of work outs and exercises, but despite of the lifestyle she practices, she still got sick.
The doctor said she has active cancer cells since she was a kid; Active cancer cells were trigger by taking contraceptive pills to correct menstruation cycle. She already had her chemotherapy and having some rest. She’s a fighter and I believe she can beat it.

At least those who know their family history have a leg up. I have a friend with many health issues. She was adopted and does not know her history.
