Moisturize. Moisturize. Moisturize.

As we age, we lose the ability to hold moisture in. Dry skin = wrinkles and fine lines. If you have oily skin, take it as a blessing. Your skin will age slower. Moisturize at night (you may skip the T-zones). Keep it matte during the day with the right cosmetics. This is important because oil=bacteria, and might cause pimples. But drying out your skin is not the solution.


Aim for that healthy balanced moisture. You can always blot the oiliness out but cannot regain lost moisture and elasticity, so don’t dry out your skin. Oil alone doesn’t cause the pimples, blocked pores and bacteria mixed with the oil do. Get to know your skin. =)

Stretch marks are part of pregnancy, and admit it most of the girls hate stretch marks.

My Hubby bought Palmer’s Tummy Butter for stretch marks for P500 ++, I’m using this tummy butter for almost 3 months. I’m hoping not to have nasty stretch marks during and after pregnancy with the help of this tummy butter.

But, according to research, applying lotion is not a guarantee that you wouldn’t get any stretch marks. It is mostly genetics, if your mom doesn’t have it most likely you won’t get it.
