Ang tanong ng mga bloggers na tulad ko MAKATARUNGAN bang sampahan ng LIBELO ang taong namahagi lamang ng kanyang saloobin o karanasan sa Internet?
Diba lahat tayo eh may karapatan para sa malayang pamamahayag?
Sa pagkakaalam ko rin eh wala pang matibay na batas para sa mga sumusulat, naglalahad gamit ang INTERNET (yun lang eh sa pagkakaalam ko, IMO eka nga :P).

Diba ang ginawa ni ellaganda ay tulad din ng ginagawa ng ibang mamamahayag na gamit ay ibang medium gaya ng telebisyon, radyo at pahayagan. Diba ang mga isinusulat din nila ay patungkol sa katiwalian ng gobyerno, bakit di sila sinasampahan ng kaso?

Sanrio Luxe in Greenbelt 5

Yesterday, a friend and I was looking for a nice gift. We had a chance to visit the SANRIO LUXE in Greenbelt 5, of course most of the items there are Hello Kitty, red or pink, even purple.

The store is so fab and glittering, there are hello kitty bags, clothes, accessories, and other... oooppps, there are some cute Hello kitty kitchen stuff too, chairs and even guitars. When it comes to the price, ahmmmm luxurios too... a hello kitty luggage cost around 19,000.00 pesosesoses.

If I have the money I will buy that stuff... and start my Hello Kitty Collection.:D

Post Natal Belly Bandit

Aside from the Traditional HILOT and prior to Pilates, I also used Belly Bandit. This wide stretchable binder helps to get back your stressed tummy after giving birth. It also prevents sagging of the tummy skin when the uterus gets back to its normal size.

Most of my mommy-friends hate to wear post natal belly bandits, why?

• its tight
• once you starts to sweat it gives an itchy and uncomfortable feeling
• hassle... you need to asks for help if you want to wear bandit perfectly

... and all the reasons above are true, but my motivation was my tummy. I want to flatten my huge belly, I don't care if its itchy and hassle to wear. I used bandit for almost 2 months.

Belle De Jour Planner, hmmm Pinay inspired ata etong new design. I like the color combination pero I love the 2009 design of BDJ planner more (IMO).


Cosmopolitan Datebook, Hmmm I had cosmopolitan 2009 datebook pero I find the 2010 more sexy and fab compare to last year. I will grab this one later.

Pilates after Pregnancy

Losing weight is what most preggies want right after giving birth, and I'm one of them.

During my pregnancy all I did was to eat what I want, I didn't think about diet at all. But in my dismay right after giving birth, my tummy was still big, like when I'm on my 6th month. I don't know what to do, I have to wait until my bleeding stops, and my OB said it will vanish soon when my uterus gets back to its normal size. I waited till I get bored and that was the time I decided to do something, of course with my OB-Gyne's permission.

Aside from the traditional HILOT which I honored it really helped me in getting back in my old shape I tried the PILATES. I find Pilates as an easy way of losing weight, toning muscles and flatten my tummy. I also find it convenient because I can do it in my bed even if I'm with my baby.

Now I know I'm on the right track, its been two months since I gave birth and most of my friends told me it seems I didn't get pregnant. I will continue Pilates that is for sure.
