Sassa Salutes Summer 2010

Despite the heavy traffic due to closure of EDSA and some re-route, I still witnessed the unveiling of Sassa's 2010 Swimwear Collection. It was held at ThreeSixty Resto Bar in A. Venue Mall, Makati City and it was hosted by Hotta Hotta, Judah.

I don't have decent pictures of the fashion show because of the very uncooperative light, but still the Sassa Event was a success. It was raining tankinis and bikinis, sunblock lotions, bikini wax gcs and other prizes and some take home goodies.

The mix and match concept of Sassa Swimwear Collection makes me feel more excited for summer, I should slice some unwanted fats in my tummy before I wear those uber sexy tankini and bikini. Who doesn't want swimsuits right? Summer is coming very very soon. 

I can't forget the foodums also, so yummy, especially the BUCHI FERRERO :P

Swimsuit for Moms

Summer time is coming and most of us are heading to the beach. I'm excited about summer, but my biggest problem is I can't wear 2 pc yet (or anymore?), because I just gave birth last November. Now I'm looking forward to wear a cut out or a maillot swimsuit.

Why cut out or maillots?

It can hide the unwanted part of my tummy, wrinkled part plus stubborn stretch marks after pregnancy, yet you can still flaunt some curves. Not bad right?

My Trip to Skinvana | VMV Skin Research Centre + Clinic

… Come … lay back … relax … and close your eyes

Yeah, I declared my lunch break as a primp and pamper hour. I visited VSRC clinic at G1-G2 117 C. Palanca, Legaspi Village in Makati City to avail my 60 minutes Superskin Facial and had my trip to Skinvana. It was my first time in VSRC, and I'm glad that Ms. Jet (the one who did my facial) and Ms. Karen (Junior Manager for Marketing of VSRC) were very accommodating.

Soothing and Relaxing Music:

Music really contributes a big part in relaxation. In VSRC, you can hear the sounds of a chirping birds, soothing sounds of nature and other relaxing music. All you have to do is to close your eyes, and imagine that you are out of this urban zone.

My Facial Experience:

Cleansing was the very first part, next was facial steaming for around 15 minutes (to maximize the pores for the extracting procedure), after 15 minutes she extracted white and black heads on my face, then she put a facial mask which was good for 7 minutes. She allowed me to sleep but I decided not to, (If it happened that I fell asleep, I couldn't share my experiences here). After, she peeled off the mask then she applied the anti-bacterial gel, a toner and a moisturizer while doing the facial massage.

During the removal of my white heads and black heads, Ms. Jet's hand was a way lighter than I expected, no harsh feeling afterwards. A total primping and pampering experience in the middle of my working day. A must try!
